Valuing Time in Africa

by Jean Moncrieff on March 27, 2011

This week we hosted a visit from Michael Hallén, CEO of Qmatic, at our new office in Centurion. It’s always great to spend face time with our partners and this was no exception.

Qmatic started as a venture by a sole entrepreneur who wanted to improve service towards his customers. He did this by creating Customer Flow Management solutions that manage the flow of your customers and their experiences from their initial contact with your company, through to service delivery. Today Qmatic is the world’s leading queue management company and we’re really proud to be one of their global partners.

Aside from our general discussions about new opportunities in our region and a strategy for the months ahead, we got talking about Africa in general and how to use Qmatic’s global network to help improve customer experiences in Africa.

Having traveled extensively in Africa, I can attest to the fact that our customer service leaves something to be desired. I’ve seen queues that extend outside the front door of banks and government offices alike, in some of Africa’s more advanced nations. World class Customer Flow Management solutions, combined with the knowledge accumulated by consultants around the globe and a visionary CEO will enable us to bring excellent customer experiences to Africa.

Michael’s vision to bring Qmatic partners together, to share knowledge and experience, to build an extended Qmatic family, is an awesome vision.

We support you in your vision and look forward to contributing to the Qmatic family.
